The Customer Support Team at Aviagen® Turkeys Ltd (ATL) assists customers to maximise bird biological potential. On-the-ground support by Management Specialists and Nutritionists offers field advice and help with problem solving in all aspects of production. Crucial feedback from customers is also gathered to assist our production and breeding departments as part of a continuous cycle of improvement.
ATL provides customers with a range of practical and management advice covering all key aspects of turkey production. The company is at the forefront of research on management and nutrition of turkeys as demonstrated by the operation of dedicated research farms within Aviagen Turkeys and collaborative research trials with universities and commercial collaborations in Europe and the USA. These research trials are used to develop new advice for customers to maximise bird performance.
Customers will be familiar with the on-the-ground customer support from ATL management specialists. This is the route to providing practical advice and problem solving. Less familiar to customers will be the back-office operations of customer support where new advice is researched and developed and distilled into format appropriate for the target audience be it farm workers, managers, nutritionists or vets.
