Aviagen Turkeys represented by industry specialists at veterinary training event

Earlier this month, two representatives from Aviagen Turkeys Ltd attended a valuable training event in Ampfing, Germany which focused on training veterinarians in poultry farming.  Dr Valentin Kremer, Company Geneticist & Luke Ramsay, Management Specialist both gave presentations.

Dr Valentin Kremer, shared insights and updates from our latest breeding programme developments for B.U.T 6, whilst Luke Ramsay presented on strategies for achieving commercial performance over the summer months. 

In addition to ATLs representatives, experts from across the industry spoke about various topics, such as reducing antibiotics, rejects in processing plants & different projects within turkey houses.

This event was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge, engage with industry experts and contribute to important discussions shaping the future of poultry farming.
